Computer Systems Analyst (Masters or Equivalent)

Consult with clients to review their existing application capabilities and limitations; identify key areas of opportunity and come up with integration approaches and possibilities. Summarize challenges and advantages to the organization by documenting such approaches and reviewing with other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Gather overall high level and detailed requirements and analyze using industry best practices such as Rational Unified Process, Agile software development etc. Prepare software architecture documents, object models and adhere to industry standards while documenting detailed artifacts such as use cases, activity diagrams, realization documents including but not limited to deployment diagrams, sequence and collaboration diagrams etc. Provide ongoing support and consulting with business users and work with them to gather requirements and explain proposed software solutions by preparing mock ups and Proof of concepts . Create a technical project task break up and estimate task dependencies along with time lines so as to help the project manager build a detailed project plan. Work with developers and help explain the strategy using cross walks, data mappings among other tools. Mentor and guide developers in implementing best practices in design, development, management and support of software.

 

Requires: Masters + 3 years experience (will accept Bachelors + 5 years progressive experience) that must include knowledge of software industry methodologies, processes & softwares, incl. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Rational Unified Process (RUP), Design Patterns, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, Agile development, Software testing, ITIL-Software service delivery best practices, Project Management Institute (PMI) processes & methodologies; SAP Finance, Human Resources, Time & Travel Expenses management & logistics suite, Netweaver Portal & other self-service technologies. Knowledge of software testing & suite of tools such as Test Director & understand test cases & various test result documents w/the ability to interpret them & identify end-to-end scenarios that require testing. Ability to cross link requirements to development objects, test cases & defects & summarize the effort. Background in UNIX, Major databases such as Oracle or MS SQL server, J2EE, XML, Web services & excellent communication skills.  Ability to relocate to client sites as needed.

Employee Referral Program

Program:

AET Solutions Inc’s  Employee Referral Program gives our company the opportunity to hire quality candidates through referrals from our own employees. In recognition of the value of referrals from existing employees, any employee making a successful referral will be given a $500 cash reward after 90 days of satisfactory employment of the referred candidate.

Eligibility:

1.)        The program is open to all  AET employees with the exception of company officers.

2.)        Managers and directors are eligible for the referral reward only if a group other than the one they have responsibility for employs the person referred and hired.

3.)        Friends and family of employees of AET  are eligible for our $500 reward if they refer someone and that person is hired and satisfactorily completes their 90 day probationary period with the company.

Payments:

For Employees:

Payments will be made within the 30 days following completion of the referred employee’s probationary period with the company. Payments will be made in US dollars and paid with the referring employees next scheduled payroll payment. Taxes will be taken out of this amount and reported on the employees Form W-2 at year-end.

For Family & Friends of Employees:

1.)        US residents will need to fill out an IRS form W9

2.)        A check for $500 will be mailed to them 30 days after the employee satisfactorily completes their 90 day probationary period following hire by the company. They will be responsible for all applicable taxes.

3.)        At year-end, a 1099 will be issues and mailed to them at the address provided on IRS form W9.

4.)        Alternatively, or if not a resident in the U.S., a wire transfer may be made to them 90 days after the employee satisfactorily completes their 90 day probationary period following hire by the company.

5.)        For this purpose, the referring individual will need to submit bank routing and account information for the bank account into which they desire the transfer to be made.
